Delivery policy

1. No physical shipping

We do not ship physical goods. After payment you receive your tax invoice by email straight away, and everything you bought is delivered through your student dashboard and by email. Hardware for IoT projects, if any, is not included unless your quotation says so.

2. When you receive it

• Projects: 10 to 12 working days after payment (5 to 7 for Fast-Track). Track every milestone in your dashboard; files unlock in your vault when ready.
• Custom projects: the timeline stated in your quotation.
• Training: you are enrolled in the next batch immediately; joining links and the schedule are shared before the start date.
• Internships: you are enrolled in the next cohort immediately; onboarding details are emailed before it starts.

3. Your account

Your order is linked to the email you used at checkout. If you are new, the payment email includes a link to set your password and open your dashboard. Downloads stay available in your dashboard for at least 12 months.

4. Delays

If a delivery is going to be late we tell you by email with a new date. If we cannot deliver at all, you get a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Questions: support@getyourproject.in.
