Students juggle WhatsApp groups, notice boards and paper attendance sheets. This Flutter app brings campus life into one place for Android and iOS, with separate experiences for students, faculty and administrators.
Faculty start a lecture session and the app shows a QR code that changes every 15 seconds. Students scan it within the classroom; the app checks the code’s timestamp, the device and an optional location radius, so sharing screenshots of the code to absent friends does not work. Attendance percentages per subject update instantly and students below 75% get a warning.
The app also shows the weekly timetable with reminders before each class, a notice board with categories and attachments, assignment deadlines, and push notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging. Data syncs in real time with Cloud Firestore and remains readable offline. Administrators manage classes, subjects and users from an admin section, and can export attendance reports as CSV for the department.
